Privacy, cookies and newsletter policy

Privacy Policy

  1. Pursuant to Article 13 (1) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016. (RODO), we would like to inform you that the administrator of your personal data is Archman Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at . Św. Filipa 17, 31-150 Kraków.
  2. Your personal data shall be processed to the extent provided by you via application forms and other forms of contact with Archman Sp. z o.o. , for the purpose of providing services provided electronically on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO (activities necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract) to assert possible claims against the Service Recipient on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO (realization of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller) and, if additional consents are given – on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO – to the extent and for the purposes indicated in the content of those consents.
  3. Your personal data may be disclosed to:  – to public entities authorized under separate regulations, for the purposes of proceedings conducted by them,other external entities supporting Archman Sp. z o.o. in the area of IT and accounting services, however such entities will process data on the basis of an agreement with Archman Sp. z o.o. and only in accordance with its instruction.
  4. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
  5. Your personal data will be processed until the execution of the contract, as well as after its completion for purposes related to:
  • asserting claims in connection with the performance of the contract (i.e., as a rule, for a maximum period of 10 years from the date of completion of the contract),
  • performance of obligations under the law, including in particular tax and accounting,
  • in the event that you consent to the processing of personal data for other purposes, your personal data will be processed until you withdraw the consent in question.

You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and, in the case of additional consent, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
  2. If you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of RODO, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw.
  3. Providing your personal data is a condition for using the services provided electronically by Archman Sp. z o.o. . If you fail to provide personal data, Archman Sp. z o.o. will not be able to provide the indicated services.
  4. Your data will not be used for automated decision-making that is based solely on automated processing, including profiling, and produces legal effects on you or similarly significantly affects you.

Cookies Policy

  1. Performing the obligations imposed by the Act of July 16, 2004. Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1907, as amended), the following indicates how to store information or access information already stored in the User’s terminal device. Through the information contained herein, the User is informed about:
  • the purpose of storing and accessing this information,
  • the possibility for him/her to determine the conditions for storing or accessing this information by means of the software settings installed in the telecommunications terminal device used by him/her or the configuration of the Service.

  2. Information collected from cookies is used by Archman Sp. z o.o. to enable use of the Service, as well as for statistical and marketing purposes. This information does not contain personal data or confidential information.
  3. The user may at any time review and delete cookies stored on his/her terminal device in the manner indicated by the manufacturer of his/her web browser.
  4. The user may at any time disable the acceptance of Cookies in the manner indicated by the manufacturer of his/her web browser, but this may prevent the use of the Archman Sp. z o.o. website.
  5. Archman Sp. z o.o. informs that it stores HTTP requests directed to the server operating the Service in order to analyze and optimize the performance of this server and the Service. The resources visited are identified by URLs, and the information stored in the server log files is as follows:
  • the public IP address of the computer from which the request came in this may be the user’s computer directly;
  • the name of the client station;
  • identification implemented by the http protocol if possible;
  • the time of arrival of the request;
  • http request code;
  • http response code;
  • URL address of the page previously visited by the user (so-called referer link), in case the page of the Website was accessed through a link;
  • information about the user’s browser;
  • information about errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction.

Newsletter

  1. The administrator processes personal data of its subscribers in the form of name and e-mail address. These fields are mandatory. Providing these personal data is voluntary, but necessary to send the newsletter. In order to add your e-mail address to the list of subscribers, you will be asked to confirm the subscription. Confirming your subscription will add you to the newsletter mailing list database.
  2. Subscribing to the newsletter means that you consent to the sending of marketing and commercial information to you by means of electronic communication within the meaning of the Electronic Services Act.
  3. By confirming the subscription to the newsletter, you consent to the Administrator’s use of telecommunications terminal equipment for the purpose of direct marketing of the Administrator’s products and services, as well as the transmission of commercial information in accordance with Article 172(1) of the Telecommunications Law. The above consents are voluntary, but necessary for sending the newsletter.
  4. You may withdraw your consent at any time, which will result in the discontinuation of sending the newsletter in accordance with the rules contained in this Privacy Policy.
  5. The mailing system used by the Administrator to send the newsletter records all activity and actions taken by you in relation to emails sent to you, including the date and time of opening the email, clicking on links placed in the email, when you unsubscribe, etc.
  6. The administrator uses MailChimp services to manage the list of email marketing subscribers and to send emails to subscribers. MailChimp is a third-party provider that may collect and process your personal data using industry standard technologies to help the Administrator monitor and improve the newsletter. In connection with the performance of MailChimp’s services, the Administrator uses cookies, unique identifiers, web beacons and similar tracking technologies.
