First step in the system

1. Logging into system

After starting the application, the first screen we see is the login screen. The screen does not differ from the standards used in other products. To get into the system, we must enter the login and password. We should get this information from the system administrator.

If we do not remember the password, we can use the password reminder mechanism. All you need to do is select the Forgot password option and enter your e-mail address in the window that will appear. If there is a user associated with the e-mail address in the system, an instruction to recover the password to the account will be sent by e-mail.

After logging in, we see the standard application screen. In its basic form, it looks like this:

  1. The area where news or information from other users is displayed.
  2. Documents that await your response
  3. Tasks assigned to the user for the current week
  4. Tasks assigned to the user for the next week
  5. Absences of own and co-workers

2. Account settings

Account configuration can be found in the menu under the user’s name under Profile. Here we can change the name, surname, email address or telephone number.

3. Changing password

The password can be changed in the same place in the settings tab. You must know the old password to change the password.

4. Changing the application’s language

The change will be active after next login to the system.

5. Adding and changing the user’s picture (avatar)
