We would like to invite you to another webinar, during which we will present the advantages of using artificial intelligence in business process automation. We will demonstrate how the system learns step by step – from text recognition through document type classification to content analysis and contextual search.
During the webinar, we will show you how NAVIGATOR, with the help of Artificial Intelligence functionalities, can solve routine tasks in a company, such as entering data from documents or organizing them.
We will start with the demonstration of the OCR service, which is used to add a text layer to scanned documents and prepare them for further processing.
The documents processed this way are automatically forwarded to the appropriate department based on their content and historical data. Text Classification is responsible for that.
Thanks to the Data Capture service, you can forget about the monotonous transcription of data from forms – NAVIGATOR captures all necessary data and automatically fills in the appropriate fields in the system.
The correctness of data, which are involved in the electronic document workflow, will be taken care of by Text Analysis. It is a function that learns which parts of documents are typical and which are abnormal.
