System actions: Relations

Add

This action adds relations between selected objects. You can add relationships between any objects, so it is necessary to specify the table ID to show the type of object.

Table ID: It is necessary to indicate the table in which the object is stored because in the NAVIGATOR system, different elements, such as documents or tasks, are stored in different tables. The selection is made from a dictionary, but it is also possible to select the field in which the reference to the table is stored.

Object ID: The ID of the object for which you create the relationship. You can select the field on the form that stores object ID or a system variable, such as the ID of the object from which the action was launched.

Table ID (relationship): Same as Table ID. Indicates the object type of the second argument to the relation.

Object ID (relationship): Same as the object ID. Indicate the ID of the second argument of the relation

User ID: the user indicated here will be assigned as the relationship creator

Delete

This action removes the relationship between two objects. To delete a relationship, you must provide references to both objects that form the relationship.
